I chose the hotel for its proximity to the train station - 5 to 7 minutes easy walk. Room was giant and clean, Breakfast was very good, beautiful city and nice walk from the hotel. I wrote with them before my trip about a taxi to another town on Sunday and all was perfect as planed!

Our luggage was lost. The staff helped tremendously in negotiating how to get it back. The rooms were spotless. Breakfast was really good as well, part American part Italian style. The location was also good.

Great location, you can walk to a lot of nice shops and restaurants. The staff are great and always willing to assist and help. The room that we were upgraded to was spacious and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location within walking distance of the train station and Cathedral of Ragusa (not to be confused with Ragusa Ibla). Large room, quite adequate for three adults. Copious breakfast.

The recepcionist was a lovely girl and help us a lot. The rooms were confortable and big enough. It has parking places at a reasonable price. Really good breakfast.
